People really need to realize the many benefits massage therapy can offer. It's very offensive how you get those very bad clients who crack jokes about your profession that you went years of schooling for when they're out there working a terrible desk job. It's truly disgusting. You should never be picky on who you get, because at the end of the day you're going for therapy-nothing else. Don't expect anything more or less. A message to all the creepy people out there reading this.

After 3 tries I gave up trying to register the app. 1. would not let me use the Facebook sign up button 2. Would not allow enough room in the space to put in promo code 3. Said it would send me a temporary password, and it never came. Each time I left the ap to check for passcode, make sure I had right promo code, I'd have to start again. Great idea if the app worked. But it needs to be way simpler than what it is to get set up. Too bad because I really need a back/neck massage, but I gave up.

I had to turn on the GPS function (couldn't type in my address), the discount code kept disappearing as I had to add credit card information - you may not notice is defaulting to blank if you are setting up a new account. And you can't set up an account without adding a profile pic, but you have to take a selfie and upload a passport or driver's license info anyway, so this is another redundant step.

Won't accept 4 of my credit cards, 2 amex, visa, and master card. All valid. Contacted support via text stating I typed in correct info. My response? "You may add your valid credit card information once you made a booking request". Guess what? I am stuck at that step because I can't book. I replied and no response. 0 customer service. Can't even try the service as it won't even accept my business at the get go.

Awful and always have to reschedule Every time I've used the app to book an appointment I've been declined. And have to reschedule according their schedule. If you don't have enough employees to meet your demand, don't advertise for the ease of booking. This app is not easy, I've had to install multiple times, and have never gotten a booking as requested. It's easier for me to call my usual massage therapist and just make the visit to them, rather than deal with emails, texts to reschedule!
