Description
Busy people can’t always take the time to go to the spa or clinic to receive a therapeutic massage. That’s why there’s Massago. It’s the mobile app that let’s you order a Registered Massage on demand and have a Registered Massage Therapist come to you – in your home, office or hotel – within the same day, and often within the same hour. When the treatment is over you can simply relax where you are instead of battling traffic or transit to make your way home.
Here are a few things you should know about us:
1. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists. 2. We only hire the best. Our vigorous vetting process includes background and credential checks, in-person interviews and practical exam. 3. You get a receipt with every treatment that includes the RMTs provincial registration number so you submit a claim to your insurance provider. 4.You can book a massage for any time between 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. 5. We pay our therapists what they deserve. 6. Massago is currently available within the Greater Toronto Area, Kitchener, Waterloo, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton.
We are 100% Canadian.
You can choose between 4 types of treatment:
1. Swedish massage for deep relaxation 2. Deep tissue massage to address persistent aches and pains 3. Prenatal massage for the tired mom-to-be 4. Sports massage to improve flexibility and endurance
The entire transaction from booking an appointment and choosing a massage type to paying for the service and leaving a review, is handled through the app. Tipping is optional, but encouraged. At the end of your service, the app will ask you if you want to add a tip.
To begin using the app you will need to set up an account, including credit card information, and provide us with some basic personal information to verify your identity. It takes just a minute or two of your time, but it’s an important step to ensuring the safety of our therapists.
Enjoy!
Massago is brought to you by the people at Sanctuary Day Spas – rated one of Canada’s best spa companies.

Amazing experience. Easy to use app. The only issue was the availability of female rmt's. We booked a couple's swedish massage and two nice well-mannered guys showed up to our hotel and gave us amazing massages. Will use again. Heard about it on News Talk 1010

Quality massage on your schedule This service is the Uber of massage! The therapists are professional and skilled, and come to you. This is the next level of massage treatment. Thank you!

People really need to realize the many benefits massage therapy can offer. It's very offensive how you get those very bad clients who crack jokes about your profession that you went years of schooling for when they're out there working a terrible desk job. It's truly disgusting. You should never be picky on who you get, because at the end of the day you're going for therapy-nothing else. Don't expect anything more or less. A message to all the creepy people out there reading this.

After 3 tries I gave up trying to register the app. 1. would not let me use the Facebook sign up button 2. Would not allow enough room in the space to put in promo code 3. Said it would send me a temporary password, and it never came. Each time I left the ap to check for passcode, make sure I had right promo code, I'd have to start again. Great idea if the app worked. But it needs to be way simpler than what it is to get set up. Too bad because I really need a back/neck massage, but I gave up.

I had to turn on the GPS function (couldn't type in my address), the discount code kept disappearing as I had to add credit card information - you may not notice is defaulting to blank if you are setting up a new account. And you can't set up an account without adding a profile pic, but you have to take a selfie and upload a passport or driver's license info anyway, so this is another redundant step.

Won't accept 4 of my credit cards, 2 amex, visa, and master card. All valid. Contacted support via text stating I typed in correct info. My response? "You may add your valid credit card information once you made a booking request". Guess what? I am stuck at that step because I can't book. I replied and no response. 0 customer service. Can't even try the service as it won't even accept my business at the get go.

Awful and always have to reschedule Every time I've used the app to book an appointment I've been declined. And have to reschedule according their schedule. If you don't have enough employees to meet your demand, don't advertise for the ease of booking. This app is not easy, I've had to install multiple times, and have never gotten a booking as requested. It's easier for me to call my usual massage therapist and just make the visit to them, rather than deal with emails, texts to reschedule!
