I figured I would try this ball out since they only cost $3. Works fine except at first it seemed the battery was dying for it wasn't always keeping count. When I go to get the wire out to put the count on the phone, it is hard to get the rubber off.

works for me. you can't just read the back of the package. i didnt think it would work and was ready to take it back to the store, but I decided ro read the instructions inside. it is more detailed and explains how it needs to bounce to wake up and you need to keep the app open while using it. it also gives the color codes for the milestones and how to reset the ball. i havent had a bit of trouble and havent had any lagging. it has to strike a hard surface to count, you cant toss it hand to hand.

Won't connect. Continues to say that it is syncing but won't sync. Shows am error message and says to email customer support. Customer support does not respond. This was a waste of money.

Worst app ever. Wont sync with ball, app lags, stupid permissions. Why does this need access to my kids calls? Uninstalled and will let him use as a ball.

App Sux. Doesn't work nor connect to ball and won't even let you sign up unless you agree to have it have access to your pics, microphone, location and other info. Byte me.
