I was not notified that you would be permanently deleting all passwords as
of 4/17. No email, no popup when logging in-NOTHING. When I logged in today
to retrieve a password, I learned ALL of my passwords were gone with NO
WARNING! Thanks a lot! Just know, I will go out of my way to make sure i I
don't buy any of your products going forward. This app is now useless and
this company is not repectful enough of their customers to offer the
courtesy of letting them know of a massive change.

No reply from anyone I have asked a few times for a reset for my password code because I have forgot it. I got no reply so this vault is a waste of time. Now late at night got a reply in which the person sent me back to the link in which u fill in your email address and they are to send you back an email with instructions on how to reset password. I have now tried this 11 times and got 0 replies back. I am still locked out. Now I know I did nit forget, it was this app updating and now I cannot get into my stuff.
