Description
Access your Android's built-in Linux command line shell. Unleash your inner geek! This is a remake of the popular "Terminal Emulator for Android" application by Jack Palevich. Same great program, just with a material design :D
Top Features + Full Linux terminal emulation. + Multiple windows. + UTF-8 text. (Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Thai, etc.) + Customizable interface-palette. + No ads, no payed functions, just a donate option :)
Quick FAQ: + This app isn't a game emulator. + This app won't help you root your phone or change your phone's IMEI. + You need to know (or be willing to learn) how to use the Linux command line to use this app. + You may want to install a set of command line utilities like "Busy Box", "Debian chroot" or "GNU CoreUtils" in order to add commands beyond the commands that come built into your Android device. + If you get a -505 error when trying to install this app under Android 5.0, it means that some other app is using the same permissions. You will have to uninstall the other app in order to install Terminal Emulator for Android. (People tell that "jrummy's Toolbox Pro" causes this problem.)

★★★★★
Basically working terminal. The favorite command editor is a bit clunky but essential for avoiding the on-screen keyboard.
★★★★★
Hard to find what is the equivalent to apt or apt-get. Ping6 is slow. Haven't been able to use the shortcuts for doing ctrl commands. For what I'm able to do, it works well, but some stuff is missing to really consider it a workhouse terminal.

Fantastic! I love the app keep up the good work!
★★★★★
Should improve the app by adding features like keyboard with ctrl, tab, etc
★★☆☆☆
Literally just a clone of Jack Palevich's terminal (Android Terminal).
★★☆☆☆
I love the clean interface, but there are few aspects that bother me a lot: 1. Unmaintained for too long (yeah, if it works don't fix it, but software must keep up with current needs), and, branching from the previous: 2. Lack of history purging. Not happy with that AT ALL.
★★☆☆☆
For some reason my stock soft keyboard treated the command line as a search box and gave me a search button instead of an enter key. I could type commands but not run them.

Is and exact copy of Terminal Emulator... I was looking for an alternative ... not a copy ...
