Great game but has too many issues, my kids love this game, and it has taught them so much, but the app is glitchy. Thanks on the loading page, and they have to delete and reinstall the app to get past it (losing all progress). We were subscribers but stopped as it was extremely frustrating for the kids and upsetting when they had to restart the game. Contacted support but they weren't much help

This is great, but we keep running into places where the game is frozen there's a glitch on a mission, so you can't proceed any further. On my kids' tablet it won't work unless the Wi-Fi is off. On my phone it won't let her do something for a mission where she has to change the color of the monsters house. The whole game freezes at the beginning of the game
