I have always loved matrix and the app. I struggled with the app because it was showing under beanie and not matrix. As the geolock, trips, GPS location, roadside assist is under matrix and not beanie.

Clown company with bogus operations. Do not waste your time with these scammers. I received a call about renewing my contract, I told them not to, they then emailed me about paying R1500 in 2 days for Cancellation. I asked why if my contract is over, they said no it was an error... Then boom after the call I'm receiving emails about my brand-new contract welcoming me. They're also quick to hand you over to lawyers. Bogus company.

No Customer service, no response to emails. Staff drop phone in my ear. Matrix don't even respond to OUTSURANCE calls. Non excisting service. Sindile Dlamini I am still waiting for someone to call me and not drop the phone in my ear.
