Maverick Pro

★★★★★ This is probably the best mapping app I've ever seen. Simple to use, strores the maps offline on my phone and works with OS Explore maps! Perfect for using in the hills, when walking or on a run for quick reference. Obviously, always have an actual map too.

★★★★★ Been using this app since 2016(!) But I think it's now in need of some work. I think it just needs bringing up to date for new android versions PLEASE DON'T TRY TO IMPROVE IT is fine as it is! I'm currently finding that tracks don't record properly, and GPS signal seems to get lost when the screen blanks. This may be due to the fact that I'm using a low power mode to save battery, so I have to check this. Anyone else having these problems using low power mode? BTW I've had the blurry screen problem too, you have to clear cache and data to get it to work properly again, you'll lose all your downloaded map tiles and settings which is a pain.

★★☆☆☆ I have been using Maverick Pro for several years and recommended it to a number of my friends and acquaintances as being an excellent product. Unfortunately, I have had to downgrade my rating because this app will no longer track routes at all on either my current Samsung S8 or my old Samsung Galaxy Core Prime mobile devices. My request for help two months ago from Code Sector has been ignored so far.

★★☆☆☆ Absolute disappointment, will not download maps or anything of the sort. Can only find my location on a blank map, this app has huge potential and seriously needs fixing. Better off with the maverick lite version as it actually works and is free.

★★☆☆☆ I am using Samsung now and find Maverick is much slower than on my Huawei P20. Many areas are missed. This problem is the same on my wife's Samsung phone. It was my favorite app for use on OS maps.

★★☆☆☆ It will not display any maps except osm transport and osm bike and both are watermarked "API KEY REQUIRED". Maverick used to be good, but now it is useless.
