Finally, got logged in. The trick is gone to their website from their information on this play store. Where it says contact, click the link for their website. And then it says, help sign in. or something like that.... It will send you a reset password correctly. And then you can get incorrectly without that stupid failed attempt thing popping up and giving you a loop over and over

Log in Constantly Not Working. My app is up-to-date, I know my username and password, but the authentication always fails. This happens VERY OFTEN. To the point where I can't use the app half of the time. When the app works, it's great, but it doesn't work a lot.

Continued issues with being logged out. Fighting with the double verification where I don't receive the verification code to log in. my brother also has the app and has the same issues. Please remove the double verification option it's not needed for a mobile app. And get rid of the "session expired logout" mobile apps don't need those options. Your customers will be happier with not having these issues. I have a ton of points and can't use them because I can't get logged back into the app.

This app is so bad why am I getting logged out every single time, that's dumb, just have an option to remember my details. Having to go through 2-step verification every time is ridiculous. It crashes very fast and then guesses what you gotta log in again. I was trying to sign up for nitro but the app is so laggy and poorly designed it crashed on sign up so until I see an update that fixes this app im not signing up. Ridiculous that this company isn't willing to pay programmers to make a good app.

App has been great. Now every time it logs me out. I also have to hit the plus button to use rewards points since typing in point amount just does 1 entry.

It seems like there's a Maverick on every corner of the world, yet they can't figure out how to make a decent app? It keeps logging me out, and then it says that my password is incorrect I know my password I had to make a new one only for that one to be incorrect as well and ticket locked out of my account have to call a number only for them to tell me that they don't know what I'm talking about and not help whatsoever fix your app ! Or I'm going to 7-Eleven ! That's enough
