It was a little crazy setting up nitro, for a 70+ year old grandma, but all in all, I'm glad I did it! AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK MY GRANDSON! Tons of coupons and games and lots of stuff that I can do on nitro, and even on the maverick app to get lots of things with the big discount or FREE!

AWFUL. I've spent the last THREE DAYS trying to do the Nitro card upgrade after using the red card for two years, and it's been a total nightmare! The two deposits hit my account and there's no way to put them in via the app or the website (always acts as if I'm doing the upgrade for the first time and doesn't allow for the deposits to be entered) and support wants to 'escalate this matter to a special team' Are you kidding me?? For a gas discount card this is WAY TOO MUCH trouble.....

Edit: So funny to see only one and two-star reviews as far as you can scroll! Maverick - when are you going to close the app permanently? Lots and Lots of issues with this app. More of a waste of time and energy than it is useful. I would rack up the rewards, and right before I would get the 10th free one, the app would log me out and not let me log back in. resulting in more wasted time calling maverick headquarters. Only for it to happen the same exact way a month later.

Every time I try to log in, and I get to the text verification. When I enter the code it says something went wrong try again.
