I downloaded the app Maxim from the Google Play Store and made a payment believing it was legitimate. I never received the promised service and did not get a refund. I tried contacting support but received no help and communication stopped. This app is misleading and caused me financial loss. I am reporting it to prevent others from being scammed.

I am not a usual user of this App, so I uninstall this from time to time. Every time when I re log in it verifies my account via text to my mobile number. This time you remove the SMS option and changed it to call for the verification. Not sure on why but every time I accept the call it drops without giving me the code. Its very hassle. You already had a good process now you are making it worst. Return the SMS verification process

Driver can cancel the order even after picking up item. This is dangerous, the item can be stolen and we can't track the previous cancelled driver. Many driver use this trick to avoid fee payment. Fix it ...
