Performance of the App is really bad and when I try to contact customer support regarding a plate that was damaged on delivery I just get "An error occurred".

Poor service and poor trained staff. Shittiest pet shop ever. They force their customers to buy the biggest aquariums or cages, with the reason that the law says so, while they keep fish in aquariums of a few cubic centimeters, hand size, 20–30 fish, and if you want to buy 1 fish, they force you, invoking the law, hundreds of liters aquariums; when you ask them for an explanation why they keep fishing in such miserable conditions, they say that "They have a license". Disgusting!

Tried to register with the app. Always complains about password requirements. I registered via browser just fine. Then trying to log in via the app, gave the password error again. Like this the app is completely useless.
