Mobile token is the worst thing...after 10 years of usage of this bank I locked myself out cause my fingerprint don't work cause of mobile token

I have used over 10 different banks apps over the years and this is by far the worst mobile and online banking I have ever seen. Good luck changing phones. 2 separate apps for separate accounts? Really? App lists a phone number for support that is out of service. Totally circular help screens that all lead to the same dead-end. Horribly convoluted setup and authentication process. Security is compromised by complexity and for this they win the award. Worst app and online banking ever.
