This bank app not support COPY+PASTE, you need to go back and forth from this app to your save data just to write account mumber. Not like other bank can copy and paste

Why do I keep getting "screen lock disabled" notification when I open the app? I am unable to access it, and it has caused a lot of inconvenience. I tried so many ways and even called the HQ, but even they could not solve this issue.
