★★☆☆☆ This new app is .much slower than the previous app. Even the front page is plan compared to previous. Had to download this new app as previous one has expired so on the new one all my previous beneficiaries have gone so now have to re input all their details, also when paying Bill's all my previous accounts and details are gone. On the home page the refill mobile link is gone and is now in the pay Bill's so extra steps not needed. All in all very disappointed should have just kept the old app.

★★☆☆☆ App fetches transaction details slower than old app. And less robust for timeouts."something went wrong" isn't sufficient. Give proper error logs. IBAN is not displayed at all. Why give option for more details and not give it.
