Pathetic app, connectivity issue is normal, customer service is irresponsible, I complained so many times to increase number of transactions for my business account, but nobody bothered even branch manager.

Very bad experience I try for open online banking my ap it's not open im overseas before I live country im go branch and biometric for app because from app not possible then the management say 24 hr will be approval, and you can use app after day I live country and up to now many times still app not working because of biometric verification also I send biometric from pak ID for bank services no response make off that plsh with biometric mebe then easy to accept biometric
