I love MCCU, we've been members for decades. Their mobile app is user-friendly, I can acquire my account balances, transfer funds between my accounts. If I need to speak with someone at MCCU, I can call from the app if needed.

App crashes constantly. Log In fails regularly. Have to constantly reset password in order to quickly troubleshoot log in issues. Fingerprint authentication regularly fails, then deletes login autofill. Not good when you've cycled through 100s of passwords do to app failure, and now you have to reset again because you don't have room in your head for all the random passwords you've created. But 60% of the time it works every time do I'll give 2 stars I guess

Worst app for a banking business. Like it's 2021 cmon why do you want us to feel like we are in 80s? I have other bank mobile apps, and they are far more advanced with better and niche features.
