For the four hours that I worked for McD's, the best part of my brief employment there was finding out that there is a secret gossip hub for McDonald's employees to vent about difficult customers. I laughed so hard when I first discovered this secret platform, I still chuckle when I think about it. I often think about terrible customer service experiences I've had a McDonald's, but I had never really thought of the fact that employees would have quite a few complaints about us customers as well.

Up until the change to National Execution update, I used app regularly. Difficult to learn but usable. Now, no marketing info, no local co-op info, constantly having to sign in over and over. Just not worth the trouble for the tiny bit of info to help me at work that is now available. I'm ready to delete completely. It's a shame because at one time, I used it daily.
