McMaster SafetyApp is the official safety app of McMaster University. It is the only app that integrates with McMaster's safety and security systems. McMaster University has worked to develop a unique app that provides students, faculty and staff with added safety on the McMaster campus. The app will send you important safety alerts and provide instant access to campus safety resources.

McMaster SafetyApp features include:

- Emergency Contacts: Contact the correct services for the McMaster area in case of an emergency or a non-emergency concern

- Tip Reporting: Report a safety/security concern directly to McMaster security.

- Safety Notifications: Receive instant notifications and instructions from campus safety when on-campus emergencies occur.

It might be an old, defunct app. I installed it and there are no items to display, new or old. I'll leave it on and see if anything pops up over the next few weeks but the app looks dated and useless.

App crashed several times when I tried to upload photo to verify I was vaccinated. Very vague what kind of vaccine document needs to be submitted. I uploaded the provincial QR code and it crashed again. Uploaded the receipt of my last dose, and it accepted it. Took me 15 mins to sign in as a guest. Horrible UX, lots of confusion and interruptions as I was going through this user journey. Should have been streamlined and tested out better before going live.

Vaccination confirmation doesn't work. When I put in the vaccine date, nothing comes up.
