The IT person needs to fix issues with the mobile banking app. I had to purchase a new phone only because app wouldn't work anymore because it was an outdated phone so NOW the app don't work on the new phone just bought a few months ago, and they tell me now that android and apple phones don't work with app? Does the IT person think ppl can just go out and buy a new phone every time there is an update to the app?

Used to work great never had am issue, but it just quit one day and won't even let me open the app. It says to call... yep on Sunday and Columbus Day Monday.

I have had nothing but issues with this app. It doesn't keep me logged in, doesn't keep my password updated and doesn't update my balance in real time, sometimes for days even after the transactions have cleared.
