Folks that are having trouble with the app. One way to fix your trouble is to restart your phone. I recommend restarting your phone once a week as apps send new information to it all the time, and sometimes it can screw things up, so if you restart your phone at least once a week, you probably won't have issues.

I do not use this app but my son does. It will not let him log in at all. So he can not see his schedule or clock in or out.

People who haven't had any issues must be new hires. Seems like every 2 months, this app just stops working, and I have to uninstall and reinstall it to be able to sign in. it's common to get stuck into "sign in" loops where signing in just kicks you out back to the home screen. Clocking in and out from the app is very convenient WHEN THE APP IS USABLE

The app used to be great, but now it constantly requires me to sign in twice every time I log in. And every time I go to the page for requesting time off it freezes till I restart. Funny thing is, every other page and application works just fine, only when I try to request off does it just not work at all.
