MealLog, Diet Tracking with Your Crew
MealLog is a social diet tracking app that helps you build healthy eating habits together with friends, family, or a community of like minded people. Whether you are trying to lose weight, eat cleaner, or simply stay consistent with your diet, MealLog gives you the tools and the support network to keep going.
Why MealLog
Sticking to a diet alone is hard. Most diet apps focus only on calorie counting or weight charts, leaving you to fight cravings and motivation slumps by yourself. MealLog is different. We believe that the people around you are the strongest factor in long term success. By forming a crew, you turn your diet journey into a shared experience where every meal logged and every milestone reached is celebrated together.
Key Features
Crew System
Create or join a crew with friends, family, coworkers, or others who share your goals. Crews are small, focused groups where members can see each other's progress, cheer each other on, and stay accountable. You can join multiple crews for different purposes, such as a weight loss crew, a healthy eating crew, or a workout crew.
Diet Feed
Share your meals, recipes, and daily progress on the feed. See what your crew members are eating, get inspired by their food choices, and discover new healthy meal ideas. Every post can be liked and commented on, turning your diet into a social experience rather than a solo struggle.
Real time Chat
Talk to your crew anytime through built in chat. Ask questions, share tips, plan meals together, or simply vent about a tough day. The chat is private to your crew, so you can speak openly without worrying about strangers.
Meal Logging
Log your meals quickly and easily. Track what you eat throughout the day, build a history of your food choices, and look back to see patterns over time. Photo support means you can capture your meals visually and share them with your crew.
Smart Notifications
Stay engaged with timely notifications. Get reminders to log meals, alerts when crew members post, and updates on chat messages so you never miss what matters.
Progress Tracking
Visualize your journey with progress tracking tools. See how your habits change over time and stay motivated by looking back at how far you have come.
