Mealsy has created the simplest online ordering system to ease the food ordering process for customers and restaurant owners.
The Mealsy Order Receiver App accompanies Mealsy Online Ordering to help restaurant owners receive orders from their Mealsy online ordering system with the least effort.
Features:
- Get orders, accept an order and give an estimated time to notify the customer, or reject an order and provide a reason for that: Too busy, too far, etc.
- See the customer’s location on the map and his/her distance from the store
- Manage available and sold-out items
- Access the summary or the details of all the previous orders and get them reprinted when needed.
- Customize the texts your customers receive if an order is rejected or accepted.
- Other settings include how often you want the server to check for new orders, printer settings, the number of prints for pickup, delivery or kiosk orders, muting the application when a new order comes, etc.
