Description
In modern world tablet PCs or smartphones are playing greater role in our lives. Devices, comparable in power with personal computers, gained a big part of the consumer market, supplanting PCs. For general consumer mobile devices completely replaced the functionality of PC, but specific tasks are still mostly solved using computers. It mostly happens because of the lack of necessary software. Our company goes with the times and offers its customers the possibility of using mobile devices for sound measuring and analysing. We have developed an application for spectral analysis of sound for Android. The application Measuring Center for Android is simplified version of the program for PC, but it still has its reach functionality. The interface of the program is intuitive and easy to use. It supports both the wired Spl-Lab devices (USB BASS Meter, USB RTA Meter, etc.) and wireless devices, such as Wireless Bass Meter. Also you can make measurements using build-it microphone of your phone or tablet! I bought the full version. Works great on S9 / android 10, with the spl-lab wireless bass meter third edition. You can either use this app with Wi-Fi, or with the included OTG usb-c cable. Follow web instructions. The video score overlays are really cool, but if you're streaming Bluetooth audio while recording a video on the same device with this app, it won't record the audio portion. Just stream off of another device or use usb on your deck, if you want the whole video/score overlay with sound.

I bought into the spl lab meter on pre-order when they first came out. Within 0.1 db of my term lab and app has worked on a dozen Android devices for me over the years. Far more convenient than having to set up TL especially at shows. My big gripe is that it should keep phone or tablet from turning off the screen while using it.

When it worked, it worked great. Hasn't worked in about a year. Just crashes. Reached out to the dev, and they were no help. Very disappointed

Doesn't Work I have the USB SPL Labs mic and downloaded the app. Hooked up the mic to my galaxy s5 then opened the app. I selected USB mic in the config settings. Then when I clicked on the DB mode the app would crash every time. But the app works when it is in demo mode or when you select "built in mic" and only works in RTA?!. Not worth the money. I guess I'm stuck carrying my laptop around, unfortunately.

don't work on my note 10+, which is my phone....will work on wife's Galaxy S8 and my laptop.....get it working on my note 10+ and I'll change it to 5 star

It works for pc if trying to run on android don't waste your money......itll open, but won't detect the meter.....pretty lame for the price
