meBetter: Goals, Focus, Timer

You have goals you've been putting off. Not because you're lazy — because life gets in the way. You're tired after work. You have too many things competing for your attention. You start strong but lose momentum after a week.

meBetter is different from other productivity apps. Instead of giving you another to-do list to abandon, it keeps you focused on the one goal that matters most to you.

Here's how it works:

Set your goal — Write your most important goal in your own words. AI refines it into a clear, powerful statement that greets you every time you open the app. Before any tasks, before any notifications — your goal comes first.

Plan 3 things — Each day, choose up to 3 important tasks. Not 15. Not a backlog. Just the 3 things that matter today. Not sure what to do? AI suggests tasks based on your goal so you can start without overthinking.

Focus and do the work — Start a focus timer, put your phone down, and do deep work. Choose alarm mode (set a duration) or stopwatch mode (go until you're done). The timer runs even when your screen is off and alerts you when time is up.

See your progress — A color-coded weekly and yearly view shows you exactly how you're spending your time. Days you work toward your goal light up in your goal's color. Even showing up without finishing counts — because no effort is ever wasted.

What makes meBetter different:

Your goal is always visible — not buried in a settings page, but the first thing you see. Every day.

3-task limit removes decision fatigue — stop negotiating with yourself about what to do. Pick 3, then go.

Effort counts, not just completion — worked on something but didn't finish? That still shows as progress. A lighter shade, not a failure.

Quick tasks for everything else — track non-goal work like chores and errands separately without cluttering your main tasks.

AI that helps, not overwhelms — goal refinement and task suggestions powered by AI. It's a coach, not a manager.

Year view shows the big picture — see your entire year of progress at a glance, like a GitHub contribution graph for your life.

Built for people who want to do many things but end up doing nothing. mebetter.today helps you focus on the one thing that matters and actually make progress — even if it's just 30 minutes a day.

Your goals deserve more than another abandoned app. Start today.
