IT CAN TELL ME I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MY INFO I TRIED TO RE REGISTER, SINCE THE APP KEEPS DIRECTING ME TO "TRY AGAIN LATER", WHEN I TRIED TO GET A NEW PASSWORD! I TRIED ABOUT 10X'S, TO NO SUCCESS! IT ALLOWS ME TO PUT IN MY Username, THEN SENDS ME A NEW PASSCODE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD, THEN IT SHOWS THE MESSAGE THAT "THERE IS A PROBLEM ON THEIR END, NOT MY FAULT, TRY AGAIN LATER"! I DELETED THE APP, RE LOADED IT AGAIN, NO SUCCESS, IT SUCKS!

The worst app ever. I can never ever use this app. You simply can not log in. It deletes your password as soon as you enter it. There is no customer service you have to call the bank, and they reply days later. I've had this bank account for 6 7 years and the app for about 5. It has been like this forever. I hate calling the bank because they are so unhelpful
