Please don't use this application because I booked an ambulance from med cab and med cab lied about everything due to which my mother died on the way the med cab lied about everything and the med cab reversed the fare that was discussed so I request don't trust this application

Very disappointing experience. The ambulance arrived in poor condition—unclean stretcher with no sheet and non-functional AC. The driver had just been stopped at the hospital after a dispute involving another patient and hospital security, making the ambulance unusable. I had to arrange another ambulance myself. Despite this, Med Cab refused a refund and only asked me to wait 30 more minutes. Poor service, poor hygiene, and no accountability.
