View all of your benefit account(s) recent transactions, balances, election information, claims filing deadlines, and more. You may also view transactions that require receipt documentation that may need to be submitted.
Additional features include opting in/out to receive alerts via text messaging, email, or both! These alerts could include information when your debit card has been mailed, when your password to the portal/mobile app has been reset, card transaction denials, and more.
Your security is the number one priority for Medcom. We use pictures and passphrases, along with device identification and challenge questions to protect your information. None of your personal information is stored on your mobile device.

As someone else said, you can't delete receipts if you mess up. I accidentally clicked on a photo of my cousin and I, but there's no way to delete the submission. That's so ridiculous because prior to this update, I was able to delete.

It Works! I was able to successfully log in, check my account balances, and submit a claim by taking a photo. Not too bad, interface is pretty nice.

This app works very well. I very rarely have to provide a receipt or any info to receive approval. It has a link to the fsa store where everything has been preapproved.

Receipt pictures are not legible (Galaxy S6) I submitted my expenses and took photos of the receipts through the app. Everything looks fine on my end, but after they are submitted I believe the photo is compressed and now the text in the pictures is no longer readable. All of my claims have been denied because of it. I'm not sure if I should just do it the old way or maybe there is a workaround.

Med com Fails again In an app that is supposed to let you upload receipts this app repeatedly fails miserably. Med com underwhelms again.

App will not let me log in, and says "service unavailable" when I type the correct login info. The website refuses to load so that I can submit a receipt for reimbursement.
