Terrible service!!! If someone has already connected to this you can't connect yourself. Someone if the liquor store must have connected, and now I can't connect to type message. Should have a reset button or something as I'm not able to return the bottle to the store

Awful. I'd tried this with multiple 'bottles'. It claims to connect, lets you enter a custom message, then nothing displays. The step-based instructions are terribly flawed, with every other instruction telling you to push the on/off button once, you end up just cycling it through each mode, including OFF, and none of them display any custom message. No matter what I did, I could never get any custom message to appear on any of the 'bottles'. Yes, they're all OFF except one at any time.

Please save your money Bought it from a representative at Costco and was so excited to give it to my brother for his birthday. I'm able to connect, but the message flashes for like two seconds then turns off. I think we got one with a faulty battery. It's not worth the risk. Such a buzzkill; I'll see if Costco will take it back. The vodka itself isn't bad, but the whole appeal of the bottle is the custom message.
