★★☆☆☆ It would be awesome to be able to upload a PDF of a doctors order instead of having to take a picure of a screen, take a screenshot of a screen to upload a pic or print and waste paper to take a picture to upload when all orders are PDF. Is there a particular reason this is not an option? I also cannot be thr first to show concern over this, right?

★★☆☆☆ The app was shoddy at best before, but a recent update made the app completely unusable on Android. I couldn't see chats with benefits advisors, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I can't even enter my password to log in. Waste of space on my phone.

★★☆☆☆ The newest update just made the app a series of blank pages. Can't chat or talk to a doctor or anything.
