The MedHelper app will help you manage your care plan in the easiest way possible. Add your medications and setup reminders so you never miss a dose. Complete your Care Plan by adding custom activities, measurements and more. Gain access to detailed information about the medications you are taking. And view a detailed report about your Care Plan adherence. Share your data easily with your healthcare professional.
Create Your Care Plan: Add medications quickly by searching our pharmacy database. Add custom activities like walking or stretching. Record measurement such as mood, migraine or blood pressure. Create a custom measurement to track any data point such as sleep or weight.
Manage Your Medications: View the medication leaflet to see side effects and instructions. Schedule reminders to receive “push" notifications on your mobile device so you never miss a dose. Keep track of your “as needed” medications to make sure you are taking them as prescribed. Setup persistent alarms for those medications that are critical to complete on time.
Record Your Measurements: Easily record your as needed measurement from the details page. Add reminders and alarms to your measurements so you don't forget to record them.
Keep Your Schedule Up to Date: Manage the events in your care plan. Keep track of your medical appointments. Take a med, complete an activity or record a measurement directly from your schedule. Need to make a change? You can edit your events to make sure you receive your notifications at the right time.
Write Notes: Add general Notes about your Care Plan. Add Notes associated to specific items in your schedule (like a medication, activity or measurement).
View Your Dashboard: Export your Report to share it with your professional. Stay on top of your adherence to your medications and activities. View your event history. View your Notes.
