Rated so low because the free version does not export blood glucose & blood pressure, the thing people want the most.

Poor design of the interface. The opening screen shows "new records", inviting input. So it is blank, which could be interpreted as declaring that there are no records for that category. To get to info previously entered, as in an emergency, the "previous records" tab must be selected.
