It freezes when printing or sending prescription/data Now I can't even add new data for existing patient or new patient

Seems like a complete app but requires an annual subscription after the too short 3 day trial. Will not enter a lot of info, will not subscribe, need 1 time payment only. I am a low-fixed income, low tech, senior. Do not want cloud storage. No offline user guide and needs internet, so lacks privacy. Unknown developer in Egypt, which makes me nervous. Too expensive. Uninstalled.

Update: Hi dear developer few months ago I had bought a premium subscription for back up in Google Drive. But when I reinstalled the app now I couldn't able to use that instead asking for to buy new premium plans. This is not fair, update: no response for mail ok I had sent an email with screenshot attachments on 30-12-2023
