This is the worst experience that I have ever had at any hospital, there is no coordination between the departments. No one knows the process there... just making the patients and attendants run here and there.

The Prescription section is incorrectly linked to the payment receipts instead of the actual prescriptions. No option in the app to view the prescription, even though it is available on the web version. Please fix this inconsistency in the Play Store app. Additionally, appointments are not synchronizing properly. I received the appointment confirmation via WhatsApp, but the appointment does not appear in the app. The purpose of a healthcare app should be to streamline the patient experience
