Mediminder: Pill Reminder

MediMinder is an offline pill reminder and dose tracker. It rings a loud, full-screen alarm when your medicine is due and speaks the reminder in English, Hindi or Marathi.

No account and no internet connection are needed. Your medicine list and dose history are stored on your phone.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
Many people take tablets, syrups or drops at different times of the day, some before food and some after. A quiet notification is easy to swipe away, and a dose is easy to forget. MediMinder is built to be noticed: a loud alarm over the lock screen, a voice that reads the reminder, and a simple Taken, Snooze or Skip choice.

HOW REMINDERS WORK
When a dose is due, MediMinder wakes the screen and rings, even if the phone is locked. A voice reads out the medicine, so someone who finds small text hard to read still knows what to take. You can snooze the alarm for later, mark the dose as taken, or skip it. Every choice is saved to your dose log. It is a medicine reminder designed to be hard to ignore.

SCHEDULES THAT MATCH YOUR ROUTINE
Not every medicine is tied to a clock time. Set a tablet schedule around meals and bathing (before food, after food, before bath, after bath), or choose a fixed time or "anytime". Add tablets, capsules, syrups, drops, inhalers, sprays, injections, powders, patches and creams.

KEEP A CLEAR HISTORY
Review your dose log with weekly and monthly charts to see how consistently doses were taken, and share a report with your doctor. Photograph a prescription to pre-fill medicine details, then check them before you save.

MADE FOR OLDER ADULTS AND THEIR FAMILIES
