MediTag: Reminder & NFC Log

MediTag is a simple, private logbook for everything you take regularly: vitamins, supplements or medications. Get a reminder, tap once, and your day is logged.

✅ Your routine at a glance
• See what's already done today and what's still open
• Log an intake with one tap on "Taken", with Undo if you tapped by mistake
• Daily reminders at your time, or every few hours
• Snooze a reminder for 15 minutes without changing your schedule
• "As needed" items without a daily target
• Archive items you no longer take and keep their history

🏷️ NFC tags (optional)
• Stick a writable NFC tag on a box or bottle and pair it once
• Hold your phone to the tag to log, or ask for a confirmation first
• The tag stores only a random MediTag ID, never names or notes

📒 Every entry in one place
• Full history with filters for today, 7 days, 30 days or any date range
• Filter by item and sort by date or name
• Edit time, amount and unit of past entries
• Export your log as CSV, JSON or PDF

📝 Daily check-in
• Track mood, sleep, energy or anything you like
• Number, text, yes/no or 1–5 scale trackers
• Simple charts of your own notes over the weeks

🔐 Private by design
• No internet permission, no account, no ads, no analytics
• Your data stays on your phone
• Optional app lock with PIN or fingerprint
• Local backup and restore as a file you control

🎨 Made to be easy
• Light and dark mode
• English and German

Please note: MediTag is a personal reminder and logbook. It is not a medical device, does not give medical advice, does not calculate or check doses or interactions, and cannot confirm that something was actually taken. Always follow the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
