I love the layout of this app. It's very easy to use and minimalistic, which I like! I mainly got it to help with stress relief and anxiety, but I must say that it has helped me in other areas as well. Sleep meditation is really helpful.

First off, let me start this review by stating that the app is a really good mindfulness app. I've been using it for a little over a month now, and I can feel myself become more mindful about what's going on around me. Personally, I find the guided meditation sessions to working best for me as they help me clear my head and think more about things.

Another bs app. Don't waste your time. NOTHING IS FREE. Lies lies lies. No one has money to throw away right now. Jesus how about helping your fellow human? I'm uninstalling. Don't waste your time. This sucks.

Some good hypnosis, but I'm not happy with a few things. #1 I was billed almost $80, without realizing I was paying that. I tried to cancel and was denied. Still No "premium"? I feel like that was pretty misleading and shady. #2 I did the weightless hypnosis, and I'm doing Keto, but it said to ditch fats and eat grains. So that needs to be updated. Also, the water sounded like rough splashing in a bathtub. Distracting. I did enjoy the flight hypnosis and was able to get over my anxiety & fly

Just installed it and it is horrible. Within 2 seconds of hitting play the volume is going in and out says like a warp tape hurting my ears severely. This app is useless
