★★★★★ Finally, an app that didn't charge you for a simple meditation. While her voice isn't my favorite, I just need a guided relaxation, so I can get to sleep, since my favorite one broke after an update and this does the trick

★★★★★ I love the layout of this app. It's very easy to use and minimalistic, which I like! I mainly got it to help with stress relief and anxiety, but I must say that it has helped me in other areas as well. Sleep meditation is really helpful.

★★☆☆☆ Some good hypnosis, but I'm not happy with a few things. #1 I was billed almost $80, without realizing I was paying that. I tried to cancel and was denied. Still No "premium"? I feel like that was pretty misleading and shady. #2 I did the weightless hypnosis, and I'm doing Keto, but it said to ditch fats and eat grains. So that needs to be updated. Also, the water sounded like rough splashing in a bathtub. Distracting. I did enjoy the flight hypnosis and was able to get over my anxiety & fly
