Description
The app tracks the Injection Sites for Copaxone users. It could be used by people on Avonex, Rebif or other injectable medications like Insulin. This app could be beneficial to people with Multiple Sclerosis ( MS ), with Diabetes or other medical conditions. You can enter a quick note associated with an injection, add an audio note, add a photo or just create a note to track your symptoms or any other medical events.
Touch the Menu key to add a note. The app will automatically save the notes and the injection site when you go back to the main screen. If you need to make a note of an event that happened in the past, you can set a date, which would be a new date for the record. If the date is not set manually, it would be set automatically as a current date on the Mobil device.
Features include: * Track injection sites * Text Note/Journal entries * Photo notes * Audio notes * Export text Notes into a pipe delimited file.

Handy little app. Takes getting used to at first, needs directions but after a day or so It was easy and convenient. I like the ability to export the notes to my pc files, so I can print a hard copy for my records and to show my doc. Keeping track of dates and sites of injections is so important and this makes it easy and even fun. After starting to have walking issues the last few months mednotesTP has lessened stress. Thank you. Impacted my life so positively! :)

Poor Has a mind of its own. Not reliable, can't access the information I need. Says there are 14 months in the year. You have to enter the date correctly as you can't change it even when it chooses the 13th month.
