Your staff is very polite and honest in their work. They treat their clients well, they are humble and kind-hearted towards senior citizens and treat the other states citizens (North Indians) politely. They inform all the offers and discounts to each and every one and encourage sales promotion. In case of shortage of medicine they arrange them within 24 hours, they don't miss any sales.

Their IT backend is underdeveloped. If you request cancellation on orders that are ordered through the Pharmacy (not available at the designated Pharmacy), it cancels on the pharmacy end but not your end. Then you're left opening multiple tickets and making multiple calls with no refund. Their CS agents give false information. When you already paid via UPI in store, they call it a COD order. Then you have to ask them to check again. They also can't understand simple issues.

Totally Disgusting service, Not understand about emergency. Med Plus provide a delivery date, but they will not fulfill customer requirement on time. Such a Bad service. Kindly use Other medicine app. That's better.
