Don't order online very worst service if you order today they will deliver after 3 days and not committed to time very non-responsive to customer one lady in customer care told me that they may deliver the medicine as and when it's possible they can't assure possible time to deliver its patient risk to order medicine online in Med Plus

Do not go for blood tests if you need the reports on urgency . By the time the reports they give, you can go to other small clinics and get the treatment done. You may even die with the fever and the symptoms by the time they give the reports. I have given the blood sample for the fever profile at 1.00 PM and the status is still as the "sample collected"... I don't know why they need 24 hours for these tests, where all other labs are giving reports within 2–4 hours.

Worst experience. I have been their customer for more than 3 years hoping all the time their services would improve. Now I have given up hope. The last straw was today when the customer care asked me to contact the pharma company directly for an incomplete delivery. The pharmacy store is no better either. Last time they confidently sold us an injection pen which was totally incompatible with our medicine. And today they were downright rude. I am so done with them.
