Don't order online very worst service if you order today they will deliver after 3 days and not committed to time very non-responsive to customer one lady in customer care told me that they may deliver the medicine as and when it's possible they can't assure possible time to deliver its patient risk to order medicine online in Med Plus

Update 13.07 - still my below concern not resolved. Further today was requesting to club 3 deliveries to make 1 delivery at later date. Customer care said NO that's final. 15.07 - Have recd wrong medicine on 15th July. Raised complaint on same day & followed for many times. Today is 26th July but still medicine neither replaced nor anybody responsible contacted. Worst customer care and managers not bothered to speak with customers. This is with premium membership. Regret no negative ratings.

Diwnload all reports feature never works, always need to download the reports individually from the website version only, but the app version fails all the time to download the reports
