Very good and reliable app no issues at the moment very easy to connect
with CGM. Maybe in future updates they could have a report that predicts
what your HBA is and an average glucose per day. Highly recommended.

Constant calibration errors, poking fingers every 15 minutes like glucose strips are cheap or free to come by. Wrote about it to support but got funny answer, it's a logarithm thing in reader, It's still not functioning well, and im about to return to clasic bg mesurring. I'm greatly disappointed in this expensive and faulty peace of technology. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO DIABETICS ON INTENSIVE INSULIN THERAPY !!!

Terrible... Constant disconnections from transmitter, reconnection takes ages as it also needs to sync what was monitored. It does not show monitoring data while it is syncing previous monitoring data. The worse part comes when you disconnect from transmitter, then reconnect after one hour and the app shows that it needs calibration, but there is no option to do so. The application also does not look at permission to rotate, it keeps rotating even though I don't allow it. Terrible!

The senzor/transmitter/app are all different things but none of them are finished working products, I have had so much trouble trying to get it to work. The app is a disaster, I understand location and Bluetooth previsions but all others are not needed, I'm not a child I do not need to have a max volume alarm every time my sugar is low. Also, the app gives no insight into why something isn't working right, only adds to the confusion. It's like I'm gambling every time I put on a new senzor and lose.

This company is charging you money for a service they cannot provide. None of the sensors I used lasted 14 days as promised. Couple of times they failed after only 1 day of wearing. No matter if placed on arm or belly. Yes it is mentioned that you have to calibrate the sensor at least daily, but it is not mentioned that the sensor will not calibrate if BG and CGM values differ too much, because the sensor just is terribly wrong.
