With the app it is easy and simple to collect your rewards, just generate reward code, scan and enjoy the benefits on the move. Whst more can one ask for in this post pandemic crisis

★★☆☆☆ Very poor. Logs you out after a few days and does not recognize your email address when you try to log in. I have lost many offers for 25% in Café Nero because of this. You have to uninstall and reinstall app to sign in. Needs this bug fixed ASAP

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app signed in activated my rewards and trying to get Nero rewards and It's telling me to download or update the app, go to the play store there are no updates it just says open. How on earth are you supposed to get Nero rewards
