Meet Easy

Meet Easy is the ultimate group coordination and location-sharing app designed to take the stress out of meeting up with friends, family, or colleagues.

Tired of endless group chats asking, "Where are you?" or "What's your ETA?" Meet Easy puts everyone on the same page, in real-time, so you can seamlessly coordinate your plans, vote on venues, and arrive together.

🌟 **CORE FEATURES** 🌟

🕵️‍♂️ **Privacy Rooms (NEW!)**
Want to share *when* you'll arrive without sharing exactly *where* you are? Perfect for date nights or private meetups, our new Privacy Rooms keep your exact location completely hidden on the map while securely broadcasting your live ETA to the group.

📍 **Real-Time Map & Smart ETAs**
See exactly where your friends are on a shared live map. Meet Easy automatically calculates precise ETAs based on everyone's chosen transport mode (Driving, Walking, or Two-Wheeler). ETAs now update instantly the second a destination changes—even if you haven't started moving yet!

🛰️ **Background Live Sharing**
Keep your friends updated even while you are driving or have your phone locked. Simply toggle on "Background Live Sharing" for 1, 3, or 8 hours, and your ETA will continuously sync with the room.

🍻 **Venue Discovery & Polling**
Don't know where to meet? Use the built-in Coordination Hub to search for nearby cafes, bars, and restaurants. Add your favorite spots to a group poll and let everyone vote on the best destination!

⏰ **Smart 'Time to Leave' Reminders**
Once a destination and time are locked in, Meet Easy does the math for you. The app will automatically send you a push notification when you need to leave to ensure you arrive exactly on time.

👑 **Seamless Group Management (NEW!)**
Keep your maps clean and your app lightning-fast! Rooms are now optimized for up to 10 participants with dynamic capacity trackers. Plus, easily spot the room creator with our new shiny Admin Badges in the Coordination Hub.

⚡ **Frictionless Invites**
No account creation required for your friends to join a room! Just share your unique room link via WhatsApp or SMS, and they will be instantly dropped into your live map.

🔒 **High Privacy**
Your location data is yours. Location sharing is strictly confined to your private invite-only room. Once you tap "Exit Room" or the host deletes the session, your location tracking stops instantly and all room data is permanently wiped from our secure servers.

Whether you are planning a Friday night dinner, a weekend road trip, or just trying to find your friends at a crowded festival, Meet Easy gets everyone on the exact same page.
