Meet With Friends

Bring your group together. The simple way to organise social events.

Meet With Friends is a streamlined event management app designed for groups who love getting together - whether it's dinner clubs, coffee meetups, hobby groups, or any community that meets regularly.

Why Meet With Friends?

Tired of scattered WhatsApp messages, messy spreadsheets, and chasing RSVPs? Meet With Friends puts everything in one place. Create your group, post events, and let members RSVP with a tap. No clutter, no noise - just your group, your events, done.

Perfect For:
• Dining and supper clubs
• Coffee morning groups
• Book clubs and hobby meetups
• Social clubs and community groups
• Any group that meets regularly

Key Features:

Groups Made Simple
Create your group in seconds. Add a name, description, and image. Choose whether new members can join automatically or need approval. Share your group link and watch your community grow.

Effortless Event Management
Hosts can create events with all the details members need - title, description, date, time, location, and capacity. Events publish instantly and members get notified.

Smart RSVPs & Waitlists
Members RSVP with one tap. When events fill up, a waitlist forms automatically. If someone cancels, the next person is promoted and notified - no manual juggling required.

Stay Connected
Event discussions keep everyone in the loop. Members can ask questions, share updates, and coordinate details all in one place.

Role-Based Organisation
Organisers own their groups and can assign trusted members as Hosts. Hosts create and manage events while Organisers handle group settings. Members browse events, RSVP, and participate in discussions.

Pre-Order Coordination
Planning a restaurant event? Add a menu link so members can see options. Collect food orders and dietary requirements before the event - no more last-minute chaos.

Works on Any Device
Access your groups from the mobile app or web. Your account syncs across all devices so you never miss an event.

How It Works:

1. Create or Join a Group - Start your own community or join an existing one via invite link
2. Browse Events - See what's coming up in your groups
3. RSVP - Confirm your attendance with a single tap
4. Show Up - Meet your friends and enjoy!

Built for Real Groups

Meet With Friends was designed with actual social groups in mind - not as a discovery platform or social network, but as a focused tool for communities that already exist. Whether you're migrating from another platform or starting fresh, you'll find everything you need without the distractions.

Your Group, Your Rules

We believe the platform should be a tool, not a rule-maker. Organisers decide how their group runs - approval policies, event rules, and communication preferences are all in your hands.

Coming Soon:
