App not working – Charged for ticket despite having a valid pass... But, the app is not working correctly and me to take a separate ticket. This is very frustrating as it defeats the purpose of having a digital pass. Please fix these bugs so the app recognizes active pass... Please Provide Offline Bus Pass without using mobile data...
