I bought data plan of 3,000 for MTN 10 GB +3,000 airtime, it has not been delivered up till now. I contacted customer care, he/ she is not even responding. I want my 3,000 refunded since you can't deliver what I purchased, this is an act of scam, please refund my money back

Terrible app, it's slow, complicate issues, with very, very bad customers care, I funded my wallet yesterday 11/02/2025 i received a mail, but it was not added to my wallet in the app, and I'm contacting customer care they keep taking me back and forth asking me the same question over and over again isn't that annoying? If they can't work on it, they should scrap the app, slow buying data, slow adding up balance etc... no quick action
