Unable to sign into app, contacted support last week and I am still unable to do anything, very poor support system, ive not been able to buy any data or airtime, and they cannot give any updates on when my app will be fixed.

This is absolutely the most frustrating app I have ever used. From time to time, I can’t even log in and end up having to reset everything. When I try to load airtime or data, the card-loading function is completely messed up. It doesn’t even allow me to enter all the card numbers correctly—the last digits move over to the expiry-date field. As a result, I’m sometimes left without airtime or data when I need it most. This has become extremely frustrating, and I am seriously considering migrant
