Does what it should do, but it's almost impossible to find a link were you can move your old phone number from Blau to new Blau contract.

The App complains about a security risk because it falsely detects my phone as "rooted", which it isn't, but than also restricts the password to 30 characters. A password I had to set on the website, where I can log in just fine. Save your time, just use the website, this so-called app is nothing but the scaled down version anyway.

I had an existing all net S tariff in place and confirmed on both the app and my online profile. BUT it did not actually work, and I could not get it re instate and so my credit was almost all used in a day. Then I changed it to Surf M which worked and when I tried to change back to All net S it didn't exist anymore. This means there is a system failure. Wasting our time. Also, the callback or Ruckus service does not work.so why offer it?

This application doesn't provide different languages and no proper call center support who speaks in basic English language and if you have any issues they, don't even respond to your queries at all. I have asked them stop international calling for Sim till now they never locked it, and they are charging me every month 55 euros and even more than. This is how this low level companies make business with beady contracts for 24 and above months. I would suggest never use this application.
