It's down when my internet used up. I need to renew my prepaid contract right away. When app is down, it costs me money

The worst customer support services I've received in my life. Paid for my prepaid card via this app, they charged my bank, but they never credited the money on my O2 app. Left me with no internet and no support. Stated that I should contact their Alpha comm partner to claim my money back. This Alpha comm NEVER replied. O2 says they cannot do anything and literary took all the information and receipts from me, wasted a week of my time to say they will not help me...

The app is confusing, there is no English language and copying and translation within the phone is intentionally disabled, like they are trying to it worse for non-German speakers Also for payment instead of using Google services for Google Pay, or using PayPal app, and just exchanging tokens you are asked to directly enter your login data within the app, and given how poorly the app is implemented I really wouldn't trust the app to handle data securely.
