MBK: Loyalty & Stamp Cards

One stamp short of a free coffee - and the card is in your other coat. With MBK the loyalty cards of your town are always on you: stamped by QR code, right at the counter, in seconds.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the app and scan the shop's QR code
2. Stamps or points land on your card straight away
3. Card full? Redeem your reward in the app

ALL YOUR CARDS IN ONE PLACE
No more cardboard cards falling out of your wallet. Every loyalty card shows how far along you are and what you get at the end. Search, filter and sorting find the right card in two seconds, even once you have twenty of them.

STAMPS OR POINTS
The shop decides how it counts: a classic stamp card, or a points card with a running balance and a progress bar. Both run in the same app and both are clear at a glance.

SIX KINDS OF LOYALTY CARD
From the corner shop to the town festival:
- My shop: stamp or points card for a single shop
- Several locations: one brand, several branches, one card
- Community card: one card, many shops
- Event pass: street festival, market, trade fair
- Ten-trip card: paid up front, ten units
- Explorer pass: stops across the town and the region

DIGITAL VOUCHER BOOK
Shops in your town each give you a voucher in the Voucher book - sorted by town, each one redeemable once. Redeemed rewards and vouchers then sit in your Wallet, ready whenever you need them.

EVERY STAMP ACCOUNTED FOR
Each card keeps its own history: every scan with date, time and number of stamps. Handy to show at the counter - and you never have to wonder where the tenth stamp went.

YOUR NUMBERS
My statistics shows you your stamps per month, the rewards you have redeemed and your favourite shops. And if you like, Your high score shows where you stand among everyone else in your town.

COLLECT WITHOUT THE APP
Phone dead, or app not installed yet? On MBK.City you carry on collecting in your browser. A short code then pulls everything into the app - without losing a single stamp.

FOR SHOP OWNERS: START FOR FREE
The merchant area is built into the same app - no second program, no second login. Create a card, set the reward, put out the QR code - done. No till, no card reader, no paper.

Your figures at a glance: redemptions today, new customers, full cards, scans this week. And you create your codes in seconds: a one-time code for a single customer, a counter code for the till, a campaign code for several stamps at once, a flyer code for your advertising.

FOR YOU AND YOUR TOWN
Every stamp stays local: at the coffee bar round the corner, at the bakery, at the hairdresser. You shop where you live - and you get something back for it.

Download MBK and pick up your first stamp on your next trip into town.
