Melodiam: Hi-Res Music Player

Melodiam is a hi-res music player for people who keep their own library. It plays FLAC, WAV, AIFF, MP3 and AAC files straight from your phone's storage, offline, with no account, no sign-in and nothing uploaded.

Lossless, as encoded
Lossless files are decoded without lossy re-compression, so a FLAC or WAV plays as the file was made. Every lossless track carries a quiet format badge (FLAC, WAV, AIFF), so you always know what you're hearing. MP3 and AAC play just as smoothly, so Melodiam doubles as a clean everyday MP3 player.

Equalizer with 13 presets
Shape the sound with a built-in equalizer: Flat, Loudness, Pop, Hip-Hop, Rock, Bass, Treble, Vocal, Acoustic, Jazz, Classical, Electronic and Night, plus a Custom mode where you set every band yourself. Your settings are remembered.

Gapless playback and soft fades
Albums, live sets and classical movements play through without gaps. Turn on fade to ease in and out of pause and skip.

Synced lyrics
Open lyrics and the current line lifts and follows the song. Tap any line to jump straight to it. Lyrics are looked up when you open them, where available; only the song's title and artist are sent to find them.

Your library, calm and fast
Every song on your device in one list. Search by song or artist, sort by title, artist or date added, and favourite the tracks you return to. Build playlists and reorder them the way you like. Recently Played keeps your last listens close.

Listening stats
A private, on-device summary of your top songs, top artists and total plays. It never leaves your phone.

Sleep timer
Set a timer and Melodiam fades the music out gently, then pauses. Fall asleep to an album without it playing all night.

Designed to feel good
A soft, tactile interface with light and dark modes and six accent colours: Indigo, Coral, Mint, Rose, Amber and Violet. Controls respond with subtle haptics, and every screen keeps the music one tap away.

Private by design
Melodiam reads your music and nothing else. No account, no sign-in, no tracking, and no data shared with third parties. Your playlists, favourites and settings stay on your device.

Melodiam is an offline music player for FLAC, lossless and hi-res audio that treats your MP3s just as well. Private, quiet, and built for listening.
