Description

What is Melp?

We designed the Melp app to provide you with access to a lot of different therapy tools and techniques in one place. It’s an easy way for you to try out a range of therapies and find one that suits you. It provides videos, audio recordings and even direct links to therapists, to help provide you with the support you need, whenever you need it. And since everyone is different, this app allows you to experiment and find out what will work for you.

You can dip in and out as and when you need support, giving you a wellness toolkit that fits in your back pocket. The guidance videos and audios last from just 3 minutes to an hour, and are simple enough that anyone can use them. So you can learn the techniques you need to improve your mental health and wellness.

We work with a group of therapists with over 143yrs of combined mental health and wellness experience. New techniques and tools will be added monthly.
