Best bank I've had thirty plus years. Very professional but treat you like your a friend 😊. I haven't run into one rude employee yet. I'm on my second truck being financed through them because their rates were unbelievable and have had no problems with either loan. Also, a very pleasant experience every time I walk in. Thank you to all the employees of the credit union! You're all extremely nice and make banking very easy for me!!

Great to have info available when needed. It takes a few tries to scan check. Color scans would be great, B&W scans too much light whites it out. 8/2/19 This is a supplement to the original post. New software is much better than before. Easier and more positive transactions

It was better when you could just drag and drop boxes for transfers.... They keep taking away benefits for members such as Kasasa and saying they are improving.

Mobile app is terrible. Make a deposit by the app and who knows when it will appear in your account. Most banks give a provisional credit of some sort.
