One of the best language apps if you pay for the subscription, but after certain lessons you can't continue if you don't pay. Not like Duolingo and busuu which are free.

There is native speakers inside the app (pre-recorded) that help you catch the language quickly. You are unable to move on to the next word or phrase until you really do understand it, and they break it down from listening, to reading, and actually writing it out yourself. From somebody coming from Rosetta Stone it is kind of refreshing to have this kind of approach to learning a new language. Good luck. Don't be too hard on yourself and learn that language!

Hello developers, your software is excellent, but I would like to request that you add a feature to the learned words sorting interface, allowing for sorting by the order in which I learned the words. This is because I copied down words and phrases during the learning process, and I want the sorting to match my learning order, but the word order gets messed up after reviewing. If you adopt my suggestion, I will be very happy. Finally, thank you for developing this application!

Don't have all the features you say you have including grammar and conjugate drills. Also the app sometimes stops loading after a session of review or learning

Frustrating interface. Text input randomly breaks. Audio input seems to work based more on context than actual pronunciation e.g. if I say "ใธใงใณใงใ" it will hear ใธใงใณ as ๅ. But, if I say "็งใฏใธใงใณใงใ" it will "hear" it correctly. So, it obviously isn't going off the actual pronunciation that it is hearing but is instead inputting what it "wants" to hear based on context/predictive input. So, if it isn't based on your pronunciation, then how is it hoping to correct your pronunciation?

My honest review is that the app was much more engaging and easy to learn languages earlier but now as the native speakers videos are missing...I can't say that memrise is the ideal app for learning.... they're using AI instead of real native speakers

It used to be better. Now when continue learning, it just shows you bunch of new words, and you have to go to review section or bots for practicing pronunciation or role play etc by yourself ๐คจ!!!! Why? It was perfect before and much more fun ๐ถ
